By accessing or using TradingHub.trade, including browsing listings, submitting business information, or contacting other users, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including:

1. Platform Description and Purpose

TradingHub.trade is a global B2B (business-to-business) trade directory designed to connect manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, and buyers from major manufacturing countries around the world.

Our platform provides:

• A searchable directory of business listings
• Tools for businesses to showcase their products, manufacturing capabilities, and services
• Direct communication channels between buyers and suppliers (website links, email, WhatsApp)
• A platform for international trade discovery and partnership building

What we are NOT:

• We are NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers
• We do NOT sell, warehouse, or ship products
• We do NOT broker, negotiate, or execute contracts on behalf of users
• We do NOT provide legal, financial, or customs advice
• We are NOT an escrow service or payment processor

All transactions, negotiations, agreements, and disputes are solely between the buyer and the supplier. TradingHub.trade is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any products or services offered by listed businesses.

2. Eligibility

By using TradingHub.trade, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes
• You will use the platform for legitimate business purposes only
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

For Businesses Submitting Listings:

• You must be a legitimate manufacturer, supplier, exporter, or authorized representative
• You must have the authority to publish the information you submit
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and any jurisdictions you export to

For Buyers:

• You must be using the platform for genuine business sourcing purposes
• You may not use the platform to harass, spam, or defraud suppliers

TradingHub.trade reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or remove listings for any user who violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

Some features of TradingHub.trade may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

TradingHub.trade is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Business Listings – Submission and Content

What You Can Submit

Businesses may submit the following information for publication in the directory:

• Business name and legal entity information
• Physical address and country of operation
• Website URL
• Email address (business, not personal where possible)
• WhatsApp or phone number (with country code)
• Business description and history
• Product images (photographs)
• Product catalogs (PDF format)
• Product demonstration videos (YouTube or Vimeo links)
• Certifications and awards (descriptions or scanned images)

Information You Must NOT Submit

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Sensitive personal information (government IDs, passport numbers, financial account details, health information)
• False, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Adult, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Content promoting illegal activities or products
• Spam, duplicate, or low-quality listings
• Contact information that does not belong to your business

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you submit. TradingHub.trade does not verify the truthfulness of business claims, product quality, or export experience beyond basic manual review of the listing content.

You agree that:

• You will not impersonate any other business or person
• You will not claim certifications you do not hold
• You will not use fake or stock photos
• You will update your listing if information becomes outdated

5. Listing Review and Approval

Manual Review Process

All business listings submitted to TradingHub.trade are reviewed by our team before publication. The review process typically takes 24–72 hours.

During review, we check for:

• Completeness of information (business name, contact, description)
• Reasonable authenticity of images (no obvious stock photos)
• Valid contact methods (working website, email format)
• Absence of prohibited content

We do NOT verify:

• Business registration or legal existence
• Product quality or specifications
• Financial stability or creditworthiness
• Export experience or past performance

Reasons for Rejection

Listings may be rejected for any of the following reasons:

• Incomplete or missing required information
• Suspicious or fake contact information
• Stock photos or images that do not appear genuine
• Prohibited content (adult, violent, illegal, etc.)
• Duplicate listings for the same business
• Listings that appear to be scams or fraudulent

Right to Remove Listings

We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Receipt of a valid complaint from a user or third party
• Discovery of inaccurate or misleading information
• Technical issues or platform changes

No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication. We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejection, although we typically do.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using TradingHub.trade, you agree not to:

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment: Contacting users with abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
• Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial messages to other users
• Scams: Attempting to defraud other users through fake listings, fake payments, or false representations
• Data Mining: Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform without our written permission
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, business, or our representative
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or impair the platform’s functionality

Prohibited Products and Services

Listings for the following products or services are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or paraphernalia
• Weapons and firearms (except where legally permitted with proper licenses, subject to review)
• Counterfeit goods, knockoffs, or intellectual property infringing products
• Adult content, pornography, or escort services
• Human trafficking, forced labor, or child labor products
• Endangered species products (ivory, exotic skins without permits)
• Stolen goods
• Financial scams, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick offers

Enforcement

Violation of these conduct rules may result in:

• Immediate removal of listings
• Suspension or permanent ban of your account
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities
• Legal action to recover damages

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

TradingHub.trade and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by TradingHub.trade or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our platform without prior written consent
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Frame or embed our website within another website

Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to TradingHub.trade (business names, logos, product images, descriptions, etc.). You do not transfer ownership to us.

However, by submitting content, you grant us a license to use it as described in Section 8 below.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed by a listing on our platform, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notices.

8. Content You Submit (License Grant)

By submitting content (including text, images, videos, catalogs, and other materials) to TradingHub.trade, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, display, and publish your content on our platform
• Distribute your content to search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) for indexing
• Use your content for promotional purposes (showcasing the platform, not selling your content)
• Modify or adapt your content as reasonably necessary for platform display (e.g., resizing images)

This license is necessary for us to operate the directory. Without it, we could not display your listing to buyers or allow search engines to index your business.

Important limitations:

• We do NOT sell your content to third parties
• We do NOT use your content for unrelated advertising
• You may request removal of your listing at any time (see Section 13)

9. Third-Party Links and Content

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, including:

• Supplier websites (linked from business listings)
• YouTube and Vimeo videos
• Social media platforms
• External resources and tools

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and the third party.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• TradingHub.trade is not responsible for the availability of third-party sites
• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of third-party sites
• You should read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of TradingHub.trade is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradingHub.trade disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listing information
• Warranties that any supplier is legitimate, solvent, or capable of fulfilling orders

We do not warrant that:

• The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the platform will meet your expectations
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradingHub.trade and its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Direct Damages: Any amount exceeding $100 (or the equivalent in local currency)
• Indirect Damages: Any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm
• Consequential Damages: Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform
• Third-Party Claims: Any claims arising from transactions between you and other users
• Fraud or Scams: Any financial loss resulting from fraudulent suppliers or buyers

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability) and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Exception

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Conducting your own due diligence on suppliers before sending payments
• Verifying the legitimacy of any business you contact through our platform
• Negotiating contracts and payment terms that protect your interests
• Obtaining legal advice for cross-border transactions

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradingHub.trade, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms
• Any content you submit to the platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any transaction or dispute between you and another user
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

13. Termination and Suspension

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting us through the website or email
• Requesting removal of your business listing

Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the directory within 7 business days.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings immediately, without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Complaints from other users regarding your conduct
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Extended inactivity (2+ years without login)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the platform ends immediately
• Your listings will be removed from public view
• We are not required to delete archived data (backups, logs) but will not republish it
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification)

14. Privacy and Cookie Policy

Your use of TradingHub.trade is also governed by our:

• Privacy Policy: Explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information
• Cookie Policy: Explains our use of cookies and similar technologies, including Google AdSense

By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in those policies.

15. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

TradingHub.trade uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website and other websites.

By using our website, you acknowledge that:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads

We do not control Google AdSense or other third-party ad networks. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

16. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and TradingHub.trade.

You are an independent user. You have no authority to bind us to any contract or represent us in any way. We are not responsible for your actions or the actions of any other user.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, storms)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Internet outages, cyberattacks, or server failures
• Government actions, laws, or regulations
• Labor disputes or strikes

If a force majeure event occurs, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and we will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales , without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve it within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration :
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by [Arbitration Body, e.g., ICC, AAA, or local arbitration center] in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in England and Wales , in the English language. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

No Class Actions: All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You agree not to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against us.

Small Claims Court

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in your jurisdiction (if applicable) instead of arbitration, provided the dispute qualifies.

19. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features.

Notification of Changes:

• Minor changes: Updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
• Material changes: We will notify you via:

  • An email to the address associated with your account (if you have one)

Your continued use of TradingHub.trade after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform and request removal of your listing.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and TradingHub.trade regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of TradingHub.trade. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
