Hose Manufacturing: Specially Design rubber hose rolls are imported and cut to size depending upon design requirement After crimping of hose fittings leak checking is caried out on specially design leak check machines Pre-delivery inspections are carried out prior to delivery of product to our prestigious customers Hose & Pipe Fittings: The components required to manufacture Hose Fittings or Pipe-ends are produced by Machine Zone, from imported material, on state of the art CNC Turning and Machining Centers. Aluminum Heat Exchangers: Our evaporators, condensers and radiators are manufactured using the latest Nocolok Brazing Technology coupled with the use of highly conductive materials to enable small size, high efficiency and high performance. The CAB(Controlled Atmosphere Brazing) phenomenon substaintially reduces possibility of corrosion in even the most extreme conditions of humidity and moisture prone areas. Keeping our customer's comfort in mind, all of Sanpak's evaporator units are treated with a special, anti-odor/anti-fungus coating ensuring a pleasant and healthy cabin environment. All our evaporators, condensors and radiators are leak checked using helium leak detecting machines. Pipe Manufacturing: Aluminum pipes are imported and precisely cut to sizes depending upon the AC Piping design of a vehicle and fittings are attached and leak checked.
