TradingHub is owned and operated by CodeCraft Advisory LLC, a limited liability company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States.

What Suppliers Can Do
Eligible businesses may create or manage supplier profiles that can include information such as:
- Company name and business description.
- Business type and company profile.
- Products and services.
- Manufacturing or supply capabilities.
- Business locations and export markets.
- Contact information and website links.
- Product images, company logos and business images.
- Trade information such as minimum order quantities, payment terms, shipping methods or Incoterms where applicable.
- Catalogue or price-list links where permitted by the selected listing plan.
Listing Review
Supplier-created listings may be submitted for administrative review before being made publicly available.
TradingHub may review a listing for completeness, obvious errors, inappropriate content, duplication, suspected misuse or compliance with platform rules.
Administrative review does not mean that TradingHub independently audits every statement made by a supplier.
Verification
TradingHub may provide verification indicators relating to specific pieces of information, such as an account, email address, website or business information.
TradingHub Is Not the Seller
Unless expressly stated otherwise, TradingHub is not the manufacturer, exporter, supplier, buyer, seller, freight provider, customs broker, payment provider or contracting party in business transactions arranged between users.
Buyers and suppliers communicate, negotiate and transact independently.
No Commission on Your Deals
TradingHub does not charge any commission on sales or purchases made between buyers and suppliers.
We never take a percentage of the order value, and we do not add fees to quotations, invoices or payments. Buyers and suppliers negotiate prices and terms directly, so the full value of every deal stays with the businesses involved.
Due Diligence Matters
B2B transactions can involve commercial, financial, regulatory and logistical risks.
TradingHub encourages buyers to perform appropriate due diligence before placing orders or transferring money.
Depending on the transaction, this may include:
- Checking company registration.
- Confirming company addresses and contact information.
- Requesting samples.
- Verifying certifications directly with the issuing body.
- Confirming bank-account ownership.
- Using written purchase agreements.
- Arranging independent inspections.
- Checking references.
- Understanding payment, shipping, customs and import requirements.
Supplier Responsibility
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to TradingHub is accurate, lawful and reasonably current.
Suppliers are also responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all names, logos, photographs, product images, trademarks, documents and other material included in their profiles.
Global B2B Focus
TradingHub is designed to support international supplier discovery. Businesses from different countries may have different commercial standards, licensing requirements, product regulations, tax requirements and export/import rules.
Users remain responsible for determining which laws and requirements apply to their own activities and transactions.
